  • Acting for sellers and/or property developers in granting or obtaining options over land subject to planning permission.
  • Acting for offshore companies in the acquisition of residential and commercial properties.
  • Acting for sellers and buyers in connection with commercial property including freehold and long leasehold interests.

Our clients range from first time buyers to experienced property developers and lenders.

We are on the panel for all major banks and building societies and act for a number of investors and funding institutions.

We are also members of the Law Society Quality Conveyancing Scheme (CQS). This means we meet the highest standards that the Law Society sets to ensure we give clients a professional and quality Conveyancing service.

Landlord and Tenant

We act for Landlords and Tenants in both residential and commercial matters.

In commercial matters, this includes the grant or taking of a Lease, rent disputes, schedule of dilapidations, and other such issues.

Leasehold Enfranchisement

We can advise either the Landlord or Tenant in connection with individual Lease extensions, the acquisition of the freehold of a building (known as “collective enfranchisement”), or the right to first refusal where a Landlord wishes to voluntarily sell the freehold.
